Previous incidents

The issue is resolved. The issue came from our authentication provider, who has identified the cause and completed remediation on their side. We are monitoring to confirm everything remains back to normal.

From approx 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM PDT, file downloads were unavailable due to an issue with an upgrade to our cloud file signing service. That issue was resolved and file downloads have returned to full availability.

Between 3:58 AM and 4:11 AM PDT, AWS experienced global connectivity issues that impacted several of our services. Some customers may have experienced issues accessing affected services, with connection timeouts and unresponsive pages. By 4:11 AM PDT, AWS fixed the global issue and all Govinity services were restored to pre-event levels.
